How to Crack CAIIB Exam: Simple and Organised approach

As we know that JAIIB and CAIIB exam is most important exam for Banker, It helps not only in salary increment but also for carrier growth and promotion. We discuss about Number of Paper, ExamPattern and Course ware in our earlier post. Here we shall discuss about CAIIB(Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) exam.

CAIIB exam consist of 2 compulsory paper and 1 elective subject. You can choose elective paper as per your need or working profile like person working in HRD may opt for Human Resource, for technical officer, may opt for IT etc . Most of people opt for Retail as it is useful in daily banking and also due to some what easier than other elective subject. One should note that you have to pass JAIIB exam before appearing for IIBF CAIIB exam.

2.Bank Financial Management

Exam Pattern :

This exam conducted online on three successive Sunday twice  in a year. Each paper consist of total 100 MCQ question (Including 40 question on case study and 60 question on theoretical part)  and you have to answer within 2 hours.

Passing criteria is same as JAIIB, you required 50 marks for passing the paper or Candidates securing at least 45 marks in each subject with an aggregate of 50% marks in all subjects of examination in a single attempt will also be declared as having completed the Examination.

Study Plan:

As banker, we get very less time to study these subjects. So proper study plan is needed to complete these subject within span of 3-4 months along with busy banking working schedule.

Routine:

Try to give 3 to 4 hours daily for study, prefer 2 hours study in morning and 1 to 2 hours in evening.

Study Material:

There are many books for CAIIB are available in market, one must refer McMillan Publication Books (As suggested in courseware by IIBF).As far as matter of practice on MCQs we suggest NS Toor books for MCQs and case study. These above two mention sources are more than enough , along with this you also have to follow some use full website for same one.

How or from where to studies Case studies as weight age of 40% in this exam?

Case studies and numerical generally asked in exam are similar to those are given in McMillan books. N.S. Toor books has also contain adequate number of case studies. You also follow google , Facebook group or pages or some website like http://www.jaiibcaiibmocktest.com/ for same one. We also have some collection of case study we shall post here later.

So Friends make proper routine and plan of 3 month depending upon work schedule and follow them along with practice because practice makes perfect. You can easily crack the CAIIB exam with 3 month of study.
